1. Cookies and similar tools
Cookies are information stored on or read from a device. The rules distinguish strictly necessary technical tools from analytics, profiling or marketing tools, which require prior consent where applicable.
2. Audit result
Only two first-party technical cookies are present on tested public pages: one for language and one, created after a choice, to remember cookie-panel preferences. No analytics, Tag Manager, advertising pixels, reCAPTCHA, social widgets, Google Maps iframes, YouTube or Vimeo were detected. Videos are self-hosted MP4 files.

4. Consent and preferences
The language cookie and the cookie recording the choice are necessary and do not require prior consent under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. The panel offers accept all, reject non-essential, customise, or close while keeping necessary only; no optional services are currently active. The choice can be changed at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
5. Third parties and social links
Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Maps are ordinary links and do not load widgets or trackers in the page. Opening them takes the user to the third party. Libraries, fonts and detected videos are served from the AlleviO3 domain.
6. Browser controls
The cookie can be deleted or blocked in browser settings; the site may then not remember the chosen language. Browser help explains how to view, delete and block cookies by site.
7. New tools
Before enabling non-essential analytics, marketing or embedded content, AlleviO3 must update this inventory and, where required, block them before consent and offer refusal and withdrawal as easily as acceptance.

This policy is reviewed when plugins, embeds or technical settings change. The date above records the latest published check.
