Contact reception. Patients are asked to give at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling; no additional penalty is stated here.
The estimated time between booking and the service is approximately 2–7 working days. This is indicative, not guaranteed; urgent situations are handled as quickly as possible according to availability and the centre’s assessment.
A first visit is the specialist’s initial assessment of the specific concern. A follow-up is a reassessment within an already started care pathway.

Payment is preferably made by POS; cash or bank transfer are available alternatives.

No. The form sends an administrative request. An appointment is confirmed only after reception contacts you.
Avoid unnecessary sensitive health information in administrative forms. Follow the centre’s instructions for clinical documents or bring them to the visit when appropriate; the form has no upload function.
The centre uses CE-marked equipment, maintenance and verification programmes, hygiene standards, single-use materials where required, and staff training and continuing development.
If available, bring your doctor’s letter or prescription, previous clinical records, laboratory tests, X-rays and other relevant investigations. These documents are not universally mandatory.
Yes. Tell the clinician about known conditions and any current treatments or medicines.
Yes. A minor must be accompanied by a parent or the person who exercises legal responsibility.
